• Instructing and persuading customers to fulfill their obligations to pay backlogged loans in accordance with regulations as well as clearly stating the consequences of late payment.
• Report customer contact status and results every day.
• Support, answer questions of customers.
• Searching for information of evasive customers and persuading customers to pay money
• Analyze for customers bad cases that may happen to customers if customers are late and avoid.
• Listen to share and find ways to help customers pay.
• Perform other tasks at the request of superiors;
