WORK CONTENT - Extract customer information from data provided by the company and perform additional searches (with the support of a companion)
- Set up calls, consult, and introduce products and services provided by the Company to customers
- Negotiate, negotiate and promote signing contracts with customers
- Customer care during product use to ensure best performance and advise on product upgrades
- Assist customers in solving customer problems and provide after-sales support
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to create loyalty and encourage long-term service use
- Provide information about customer needs and feedback to relevant departments
- Participate in providing information to develop and improve products
Working time:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (lunch break from 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.)
- Saturday: 8am - 12pm (closed on Saturday & Sunday)
