• Develop a business plan and set individual monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Search for customers, receive customer information, advise on products, take care of customers online and offline until customers receive goods, pay and provide dedicated, thoughtful and professional instructions for use.
• Coordinate with the warehouse department to package goods and deliver them correctly, sufficiently, safely and aesthetically.
• Coordinate with accounting department on payments and customer debt collection.
• Coordinate with the technical department to support customers in installation and warranty while customers use the product.
• Support and share work with members of the sales team to promote department sales and promote company sales.
• Grasp customer needs and trends to propose products to sales team leaders, Marketing departments and company leaders according to market tastes and timing.
• Carry out tasks assigned by sales leaders and leaders.

Job requirements:

Knowledge :

• Male/Female, passionate about business, progressive.
• Age from 22. College degree or higher in commerce, economics, foreign trade, finance, banking, or related fields
• Experience: At least 02 years of experience in a similar position.

Skill:

• Diplomacy and behavior, good communication, good appearance;
• Ability to work well in groups and independently;
• Ability to withstand high work pressure;
• Basic office skills.
