PIT TAX CONSULTANT - JUNIOR TAX CONSULTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participate directly in tax consulting groups for customers, responsible for performing specific tasks including but not limited to the following:

• Prepare payroll for customers including overtime salary calculation, compulsory insurance, Personal Income Tax (PIT)
• Prepare and review tax declarations for customers;
• Provide tax advice to customers via email, phone and in-person meetings;
• Support customers in carrying out tax and mandatory insurance procedures;
• Support customers in carrying out other procedures related to personal income tax
• Support customers in contacting and working with tax authorities and insurance agencies.

- Perform administrative support tasks for the Tax Consulting team when requested. Job details will be discussed further during the interview process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from universities in economics and finance - major in accounting/auditing,
• Have a good understanding of Vietnam's tax policies, labor regulations and compulsory insurance,
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a Junior position. Having a certificate to practice tax procedure services is an advantage.
• Communicative English, proficient in using computers (Word, Excel,...),
• Dynamic, progressive, hard-working, able to withstand work pressure, able to work accurately and carefully,
• Good communication skills and good situation handling
• Able to work in groups and work independently.

WELFARE
- Pay compulsory insurance according to the provisions of the Labor Law;
- 24/24 accident and health insurance: after the employee completes the official 12-month contract.
- Annual leave: 12 days. Plus 1 day of family leave (total of 13 days of leave) after completing the 12-month official contract.
- Salary review: once a year
- Bonus: decided by the Board of Directors based on the company's business results and employee performance.
- Periodic health check: 1 time a year
- In case parents, spouse, or children suffer from a serious illness (according to the List issued by the Department of Health), the company will support 10 million VND/case.

- Working hours: From Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 17:30
