JOB DESCRIPTION
- Use the Call-Center system at the company's office to contact customers according to available data
- Advise customers to learn and use the company's unsecured loan program
- Support and guide customers in the process of making loan documents according to the process
- Update call status into the management system
- Working hours: 8:00 am from Monday to Saturday
- Working place: QTSC Building 9, Quang Trung Software Park, No. 02 To Ky Street, Tan Hung Thuan Ward, District 12, City. Ho Chi Minh City
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Male/Female from age, graduated from high school and above.
- No experience needed, will be trained according to the latest program
- Office computer skills (Word, Excel trained
- Able to work under high pressure, careful, hard working and honest.
- Desire to work long term.
- Vietnamese: Easy-to-listen voice, no lisp, stutter or dialect (Required)
