- Counseling and registration.
- Search, build & develop potential customers.
- Acknowledge and understand the needs of students according to the counseling process.
- Consult the appropriate training program.
- Take care of and follow up customer records to convince placement test and enrollment to ensure enrollment target (KPI).
- Management and care of students in the course.
- Monitor students' learning situation and perform student care services.
- Being the main communication channel with parents about students' learning, attendance and discipline.
- Record, handle and report to the direct management on incidents related to students/parents.
- Track the file to open the class, contact parents/students to re-enroll according to the specialized grade level, ensure the schedule and
meet your re-enrollment goal (KPI).
- Coordination of Event and Marketing departments.
- Inform students and parents about extracurricular activities, seminars and study abroad information to attract new students and take care of current students.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and seminars held on and off campus. Administrative work and cashiering.
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors.

- Good ability to grasp psychology and convince customers
- Gentle attitude, high spirit of customer service, positive thinking, interest in tasks with targets and challenges.
- Able to work under pressure, work in a team and independently.
- Priority: having experience in consulting, sales will be an advantage.
- Able to work in rotating shifts (6 days/week, evening and weekend shifts).
