"1. Help the Executive Board deal with issues related to service quality.
2. Make a plan, assign the director to carry out the case (after discussing with the in charge), coordinate with the director to make assessment reports/certificates.
3. Contact consulting via phone, email with customers.
4. Make and manage archival records (computer/hard copy).
5. Coordinate with the accounting department in collecting and claiming related cases.
6. Perform other assigned tasks in the department/team.
7. Make statistics, weekly and monthly case status reports to the Executive Board/head of the department.
8. Make a list, update customers; email, customer care.
9. Support other departments in the company's work.
10. Propose and implement activities to build and improve services of the system.
11. Perform other assignments of the Executive Board.
Requirements: 1. Understand and grasp the professional and technical fields related to the assigned work (specialization related to Import - Export, logistics, insurance, traffic, irrigation, construction, etc.) construction, economics....)
2. Understand the basic assessment process, the documents related to the case.
3. Qualification:
+ 3rd and 4th year students of colleges and universities
+ College graduate or higher.
+ Reading comprehension and common communication in English.
+ Proficient in the use of computers.
+ Health, enthusiasm, agility, resourcefulness, good attitude towards work.
