JOB DUTIES
1. Recruitment work:
-Search and attract students through information channels, social networks and customer data of the Company.
-Participate in groups with great potential and interaction on social networks to increase the number of visitors.
- Advertise courses and answer questions from students about course content, processes, and procedures.
-Run some marketing campaigns to bring the company's image to customers, thereby marketing services to students.
2.Consulting work :
-Receive calls, messages… from students. Answer questions by phone, email, social networks,...
- Find out the service needs of the students. Provide professional advice on Training Courses and related services.
3. Student monitoring and management:
- Coordinate with relevant departments Organize and manage training courses according to the Company's Quality Standards and Processes. Support and answer students' questions during the course.
-Research to improve Processes, Documents, Quality Standards... in order to build Prestigious and high-quality Training Products in the industry..
4. Customer care work
