Job duties
- Searching for new sources of records; Receive documents; Survey the current status of the property; Collect market information about assets; Analyze information, calculate data; Making reports, appraisal certificates;
- Planning and building a solution to the application (important is a real estate project).
- Conduct asset valuation as assigned by the Head of the Department and prepare an appraisal report to submit to management levels for approval: Legal appraisal of the property; Appraise property properties, current status, value of assets... and propose valuation results.
- Synthesize quality information sources to serve the SA work.
- Prepare weekly summary reports as required.
- Participate in developing and supporting the implementation of relevant policies, regulations, regulations and processes.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company;
