- Contact order confirmation directly with customers
- Ready to answer customers' questions about goods
- Track customer feedback on products and provide appropriate solutions.
- Make the order, the bill of lading code after having agreed with the customer the appropriate delivery address and time.
- Work with warehouse/purchase departments to place orders in a timely manner.
- Track order status on the delivery system.
- Timely handling of orders that have problems: Unsuccessful delivery, stocked orders, refunded orders...
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
