Processing
- Operate and monitor equipment: boiler, compressed air, generator, electrical cabinet according to instructions
- Perform tasks during production shifts to maintain equipment operating stably, accurately and safely: Periodically check and clean air compressor filters, clean boilers and generators. Clean the boiler water pipes, discharge dirt from the bottom of the boiler, regenerate the boiler feed water treatment system, take boiler water samples, and check the boiler safety valve.
- Report equipment status promptly to direct superiors when there is any nonconformity. Propose next treatment plan
- Monitor the import and use of raw materials, evaluate consumption and quality of raw materials.
- Working hours in shifts (12 hours)
