JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Receive and handle customer requests/inquiries related to products/services provided by the Company.
2. Participate in building and managing information channels to help customers get the content they need in the fastest and most accurate way (user manual, price information, warranty regime, etc.)
3. Receive and manage customer complaints and issues to be resolved and provide information to the appropriate departments to handle such complaints.
4. Monitor and continuously update the Company's policies on products/services.
5. Actively contacting customers on Tet holidays and gifts. Announce offers on special occasions and send them offers.
6. Promote the company's attractive promotions and service packages to customers.
7. Conduct customer surveys and reviews about the quality of services and products. From there, record customer feedback to improve products and services.
8. Make reports to superiors on customer surveys, satisfaction with products and services. Make suggestions to improve and improve the quality of work.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- College graduate or higher,... - At least 1 year of experience in a similar position - Fluently use office computer and management software - Able to plan and present skills is an advantage - Careful, meticulous in work, enthusiastic, dedicated. Skillful communication, southern accent

• Shift 8:30 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday)
• Shift 8:30 - 12:30 (Monday - Friday)
• Shift 13:00 - 13:00 (Monday - Friday)
