Admin Recruitment JOB DESCRIPTION- Receive and handle customer requests/inquiries related to products/services provided by the Company.
- Participate in building and managing information channels to help customers get the content they need in the fastest and most accurate way (user manual, price information, warranty regime, etc.)
- Receive and manage customer complaints and issues to be resolved and provide information to the appropriate departments to handle such complaints.
- Monitor and continuously update the Company's policies on products/services.
- Actively contacting customers on Tet holidays and gifts. Announce offers on special occasions and send them offers.
- Promote the company's attractive promotions and service packages to customers.
- Conduct customer surveys and reviews about the quality of services and products. From there, record customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Make reports to superiors on customer surveys, satisfaction with products and services. Make suggestions to improve and improve the quality of work.
