[District 3] Seasonal accountant 1 year - 9M at Ho Chi Minh City - Viec Oi Client

■Job description
- Receipt of all documents from Customer Service Department (Including Statement and Debit Note); Check and reconcile the legitimacy of invoices from suppliers.
- Prepare sales invoices and receipts for customers.
- Updating information and data into accounting software in accordance with regulations on accounting, diaries and vouchers according to Vietnamese accounting regulations.
- Monthly check and compare input and output VAT invoices on the tax declaration sheet.
- Dossiers, vouchers and documents are fully archived and preserved according to the provisions of the Law on Accounting; arrange according to ISO process
- Coordinate with colleagues to perform departmental tasks
- Mastering the accounting regimes of the logistics service business, the specific characteristics of the accounting industry and the field of work.
- Understand the characteristics of business processes & regulations on business and service activities of the Company

Requirement
- Female, age under 30
- College graduate or higher, majoring in accounting
- At least 1 year working in accounting field
- Basic English
- Office computers: word, excel and accounting software

■ Salary: -9 mil gross
■ Working time：Monday - Saturday: 8:00am - 5:30pm, Saturday only: 8am-12pm
