WORK CONTENT
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business plans for the team and submit them to the Board of Directors for review and approval
- Build and manage a team of employees to achieve growth and sales goals
- Train and monitor the work efficiency of the team of Sales Team Leaders and Sales Staff
- Develop strategies and monthly/quarterly/yearly business plans for the department
- Collect and synthesize market information, search and open new agents in the management area according to the company's orientation
- Support and monitor business plan implementation.
- Report on business results, revenue and costs; make forecasts to the Board of Directors.
- Support staff in consulting, developing potential customers and taking care of existing customers.
- Building a system of department culture and company culture.
- Coordinate with Accounting in debt monitoring. Responsible for debt collection from agents in charge
- Propose sales policies and after-sales programs

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from College or University majoring in Business Administration or related fields;
- Experience: at least 3 years of experience as Sales Team Leader, Deputy Sales Manager or equivalent positions;
- Experience in the sanitary equipment and faucet valve industry is an advantage;
- Male from 30 years old or older, with bright appearance and mature demeanor
- Team management and planning skills;
- Communication skills
- Proficient in office computers: Word, Excel, PowerPoint,...
- Ability to be decisive and solve problems
- Honest, proactive, creative and responsible in work, ability to withstand high work pressure.
