WORK CONTENT:
- Support in planning and implementing sales targets within the time and conditions allowed.
- Support sales staff to implement and complete the plans and goals within the time allowed.
- Proposing and developing new products and business plans to serve the development needs of enterprises.
- Keeping abreast of changes in the implementation of the business plan, managing employees, supporting the overall performance of the work.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, leaders and other employees in the company to ensure the successful implementation of all business projects.
- Manage and supervise the daily work of sales staff.
- Make regular and periodic work reports as required.
- Guide, support and organize training when necessary for new employees.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
REQUEST:
- University degree or above majoring in Economics, Business Administration
- At least five years of experience in business.
- Experience in international trade is preferred
- Good English communication, (speaking and writing skills). - High sense of responsibility at work - Proficient in Microsoft Office office suite.
- Logical thinking and effective information and data collection and analysis skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Decisive, fast problem solving. Confident and strong at work.
