3.1. Support for Management of Design - Product Development Department:
- Support the Department Head in planning, organizing and coordinating the department's work.

- Participate in the process of designing paper packaging and cartons according to customer requirements.
- Ensure the design meets high technical, aesthetic and applicability standards.
3.3. New Product Development:
- Research and develop new products and improve existing products.
- Monitor market trends and new technologies to apply to products.
3.4. Project management:
- Manage and monitor progress of product design and development projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet required quality.
3.5. Coordination with Other Departments:
- Work closely with other departments such as sales, production and marketing to ensure designed products meet requirements and manufacturability.
- Participate in meetings with customers to clearly understand needs and provide appropriate design solutions.
