Job details
- Research issues, cases and legal regulations to provide advice and legal advice to the Board of Directors and departments of the Company;
- Complete, legally check, review documents, contracts, agreements, and legal records of the Company;
- Prepare documents and carry out legal procedures and documents related to businesses and investments such as changing/adjusting business registration licenses, investment licenses, and other related licenses;
- Consulting and resolving legal issues arising in the company's business activities upon request;
- Consulting, implementing legal procedures or participating in resolving lawsuits, complaints and disputes to ensure maximum legal rights of the Company;
- Coordinate the development and review of the Company's internal rules, regulations and processes;
- Contact competent state agencies to resolve tasks as required;
- Other legal work as assigned and/or requested by the Company.
