WORK CONTENT
- In charge of recruitment in the Northern region (7-10 employees)
- Control and deploy recruitment jobs as required.
- Manage, train, guide, assign work and resolve arising tasks of the department.
- Plan and implement recruitment connection programs, building a wide and potential network
- Propose recruitment methods, build recruitment brand, promote recruitment jobs through online and offline channels, optimize recruitment time and costs
- Connect with Colleges and Universities in the area to organize seminars and job fairs to promote job vacancies.
- Take care of the company's potential candidate data, search for potential customers, maintain and develop cooperative relationships with the Company's partners.
- Access online customer data sources from the Company's advertising campaigns.
