Overview: As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production operations, and maintaining quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and drive continuous process enhancements. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities to support the achievement of production goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with US team (the industrial design engineers) to bring the new design concept into a manufacturable and cost-effective product.
- Tooling follow up from CAD drawing to supplier, review Tools drawing, tracking tools production timeline, injection parts approval.
- Modify and or add details to 3D files when necessary and appropriate.
- Fabricating prototypes for testing
- Tracking First PO timeline, Pilot run checking at factory and collecting golden sample.
- Overseeing supplier manufacturing process, ensuring products meet quality standard.
- Arrange samples per US request.
- Packing review before mass production.
Required Experience and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Previous experience in product development and quality control
- Familiar with welding, powder coating, tooling, plastic injection process and standard requirements
- Experience and highly skilled with Solidworks 3D modeling software and PDM.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent math, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in oral and written English

Working Hours: 8AM – 5PM Mondays – Fridays (Lunch break: 12PM – 1PM). Currently, the Vietnam office is not yet ready; you will be expected to work from home until we have an address.
