Responsible for the production plan and progress of the factory

Set up detailed plans for each day based on production capacity calculations; Monitor and report plan progress and handle related issues

Participate in the production process, product inspection, and final liquidation of orders

Control and be responsible for inventory according to system regulations

Supervise technological activities and quality control at the Workshop

Labor management

Receive and organize the settlement of regimes and policies for employees, and handle disciplinary actions according to decentralization

Participate in the labor quota process, confirm and implement labor division according to quota

Responsible for labor fluctuations in the department that affect production

Propose and coordinate training, education and assessment of workers' skills

Management of machinery, equipment and facilities

Responsible for the entire facilities system according to system regulations

And perform other tasks as directed by superiors

Direct and manage the workshop to successfully complete tasks

Mobilize and assign human resources in the workshop appropriately and flexibly for each position and job

Check, supervise, urge and accurately evaluate the capacity and work efficiency of employees under your authority

Strictly manage the activities of officials and employees under your authority; Ensure the department's facilities and equipment
