GENERAL INFORMATION

EIFEL BIOPHARM factory project to produce health care products and EIFEL BIOVAX factory project to produce vaccines and biological products used in aquaculture are deployed at: DEEP C Industrial Park, Dong Hai 2 Ward, District Hai An, City. Hai Phong.

EIFEL BIOPHARM factory project and EIFEL BIOVAX factory project with a total investment capital of more than billion because Helm Pharma Joint Stock Company is the largest shareholder in these two factory projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION: PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT MANAGER
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Level: University or postgraduate
- Expertise: Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry
- Experience: 2-3 years in charge of production room or production workshop at Pharmaceutical and Health Food factories according to GMP.
- Workplace: DEEP C Industrial Park, Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District, City. Hai Phong
- Number needed: 05
RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible to the Board of Directors for carrying out the tasks of the production workshop.
- Comply and supervise factory employees, comply with Factory and industry regulations.
AUTHORITY - Has the authority to manage all work and employees in the workshop.
- Assign work, assign tasks and check the progress and quality of employee performance, manage labor to serve the job.
- Proposing and recommending workshop regimes.
- Suggest ideas for improvement in work to increase work efficiency.
MAIN JOB
1) Organize and deploy production:
- Receive production orders, raw materials, and auxiliary materials.
- Develop production plans, assign specific tasks to each team, group and individual.
- Organize product production according to approved and issued procedures.
- Correctly implement the issued SOP system.
2) Train and guide employees to implement issued procedures:
- Submit a form to determine training needs when there are new employees or when there is a need to train current employees.
- Conduct training for new or current employees when needed.
- Complete employee training records as prescribed.
3) Manage human resources, factories, machinery, and production facilities to serve the production process.
- Monitor and supervise labor quality, production progress of the unit, and manage labor norms.
- Implement labor regulations and regulations related to labor management, labor safety and hygiene, fire and explosion prevention, etc.
- Together with the mechanical and electrical department, QA arranges appropriate maintenance schedules for production equipment at the unit
4) Coordinate with QA to control the entire production process and coordinate with QC in product quality inspection.
- Coordinate the implementation of required tests during the production process.
- Record BMR/BPR batch records, equipment usage logs, equipment cleaning logs, environmental condition monitoring records.
5) Coordinate with other departments to evaluate production processes, cleaning processes, and operating procedures for production equipment.
- Perform assigned tasks when evaluating production processes, cleaning processes, and operating procedures for production equipment.
- Coordinate with the research department to deploy new products.
6) Coordinate with departments to find the cause of product errors:
- Participate in handling and investigating causes outside standards, deviations, incidents, and non-conformity with GMP standards and facility standards.
7) Coordinate with other departments and divisions to participate in self-inspection: Provide records and documents related to product quality when inspected.
8) Build a quality management system:
- Build the process.
- Develop forms and documents for transfer to QA department for approval.
- Update process.
9) Employee management:
- Timekeeping and salary calculation for employees and workers in the workshop.
- Work with the norms committee to set labor norms when changing processes, when there are new product specifications or when necessary
- Propose an increase or decrease in labor to ensure the assigned production plan
- Encourage and motivate employees to work actively, create high labor productivity, good labor quality, and actively participate in innovative initiatives to create efficiency in production.
10) Other tasks assigned and supplemented by the Factory Board of Directors.
