1. Job Description- Plan and manage the customer care department
- Planning, allocating enrollment and customer care targets for each member
- Responsible for recruiting and ensuring the staff they manage
- Develop a regular training program for employees
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the enrollment and learning goes well
- Representative of the center to handle customer complaints and questions
- Working with the Accounting department to manage issues related to tuition fees, book sales, cashiering Develop policies, regulations and working procedures at the center
- Perform management related duties assigned by the director.
2. Working time : choose 1 of 6 flexible shifts: (1.5h lunch break).
- C1: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
- C2: 8:00am - 5:30pm
- C3: 9am-18:30
- C4: 13h30-20h30
- C5: 14h00 - 21h00
- C6: 14h30 - 21h30
=> Priority can work in shifts (administrative - evening or weekend). Make sure to have at least 3 working evenings + 1 alternate weekend

- Capable leadership

4. Income: Full-time: Income: 15-20 million+Bonus+pc
