Manage resources (human & material) effectively to ensure the stores in charge reach the sales target set by the Company.
Manage and analyze revenue through sales reports and make changes to sales plans/strategies when needed to improve the situation.
2. Products:
Responsible for goods management, ensuring the quantity and type of goods are always adequate at the store as well as managing the loss and damage of goods at the stores in charge.
Training gives employees information about products.
Responsible for listing prices according to promotions, always in accordance with the company's regulations.
Reporting directly to the CEO.
3. Employee management:
Coaching and training all employees on new products, effective selling skills, product knowledge, sales style.
Check and arrange the work schedule and monitor the store.
Motivating, encouraging, building an environment and solidarity among all store employees.
Coordinate with Human Resources Department in recruitment, evaluation, reward and discipline as well as employee training & development programs.
Check and supervise the implementation of rules, regulations and procedures by employees
Responsible for recruiting personnel for the store chain
4. Brand image management:
Participating in the expansion and development of business network (Chain stores)
Responsible to the Board of Directors for all activities at the store.
Handle business problems at the store.
In charge of sales channels: Offline, Online (Call center + E-commerce platform)

Candidate Requirements
University degree in Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
