Job details:

Responsible for managing the operations of the Company's vehicle fleet.
Responsible for vehicle technical monitoring, repair and technical maintenance processes to ensure that cars are always in good condition.
Handle arising situations, risks related to people, vehicles, and goods during the process. Make a plan to control and manage risks.
Organize, arrange, arrange, and assign work to the driver team to ensure the delivery of goods to the right place, at the right time, and on the right schedule when receiving order requests from customers.
Evaluate, train, and instruct drivers on service behavior and attitude; skin; communication... to propose quarterly bonuses to drivers who perform well in the proposed regulations, as well as reprimand drivers who have not performed well during the month.
Manage and monitor the activities of all vehicles in use and periodically check and review the current status of all available vehicles. Monitor vehicle performance, registration, inspection, and vehicle insurance.
Manage maintenance, repair, and consumable costs.
Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors and the Human Resources Department.

Request:

Male, age 25 or older
Graduated from intermediate/college/university majoring in automobile engineering, machine manufacturing from related vocational training schools (Transportation, Polytechnic, Technology Engineering...).
Priority is given to candidates with experience in transportation, construction, construction materials, leveling companies,...
Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of transportation coordination or 2 years of experience in management and operations in equivalent fields.
Having experience working in the transportation field is an advantage.
Have thinking, logic, can withstand high work pressure.
Have a high sense of responsibility, work according to procedures and work well independently.
Ability to advise, synthesize, analyze and make recommendations to the Director on management and implementation according to assigned professional fields.
