Job Description

I/ JOB DESCRIPTION
1/ Management:
- Manage store management teams across the region by regularly conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and setting challenging goals to improve performance.
- Direct the implementation of company programs by motivating and supporting the local store management team to develop and execute action plans that meet operational and organizational goals.
- Support Human Resources Department in training and capacity development of management team. Attract talent to achieve and maintain local operational requirements.
2/ Planning and Monitoring implementation:
- Develop an implementation plan to support the region and the company to achieve business and management goals.
- Closely monitor the work to ensure the responsibility of implementing the plan.
- Plan, define, communicate and assign tasks and responsibilities to the store management team, to ensure efficient operation within the management area.
3/ Monitor and control sales and expenses:
- Observe the store's atmosphere and key business indicators in the management area to identify problems, concerns, and improvement opportunities to guide training and coaching for the management team. Store action and achieve operational goals.
- Use available tools to prioritize and select communication content for the management team in the region. Communicate clearly, coherently, and accurately to ensure efficient operations at the store and district levels.
- Collect customer feedback to understand customer needs and local community needs.
Use information management tools and analyze financial statements to identify trends and issues in the region.

II/ JOB REQUIREMENTS
1/ Qualification requirements:
- Graduated from Intermediate level or higher majoring in Management of Restaurants/Hotels/Cafes/Milk Tea,... or related experience.
- Knowledge of retail or restaurant industry operations.
- Good communication skills, well organized.
Experience requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in Area Manager position
- Experience in F&B chain system is preferred.
3/ Required skills:
- Ability to manage multiple stores at the same time.
- Organizational and planning skills.
- Management skills in a customer service environment.
- Supervising skills.
- Teamwork skill.
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
