- Responsible for increasing the number of orders received and sales monthly/quarterly/yearly in the area in charge according to assigned targets
- Responsible for market development:
+ Take good care of existing customers
+ Search and exploit new customers
- Develop and implement marketing programs to promote regional business development
- Evaluate business results and offer improvement solutions
- Responsible for sales of the sales department
- Competitor analysis reports 2 times/month
- Research the market, understand express delivery industry trends, and develop plans to improve regional business efficiency
- Manage and build a strong and dynamic sales team to meet job requirements (structure of 1 department manager and 4 employees)
- Receive and resolve customer complaints.
