JOB DUTIES
Manage, assign work and be responsible to the Sales Director for business activities and personnel of the department:

• Develop strategy, business direction, products and related issues.
• Responsible for business performance and sales plans of educational centers/products.
• Manage and deploy business activities at the center and training sites
• Support, train and follow up with a team of consultants when needed to solve problems and ensure work progress.
• Directly responsible for important customers, businesses and schools
• Evaluate the market, competitors, periodically conduct market research on current products and propose new products.
• Recruit, train, manage and develop business staff.
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Director according to the proposed reporting schedule.
• Manage, schedule and coordinate with the headquarters Marketing team to organize offline events to create a number of customers around the center.
• Other tasks as requested by superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Have at least 1 year of experience in the field of educational services.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position: Team leader/head of admissions department,...
• Have experience in educational management.
• Have good management, administration, communication, negotiation, presentation, training and coaching skills.
• Skills in planning, organizing and supervising work
• Thinking/analysis/synthesis skills
• Good sales skills, team management
• Be proactive and creative at work
• Enthusiastic and highly responsible.
