Job description
- Managing sales staff, recruiting sales staff, training sales staff to become commercial representatives of the company. Perform management duties for sales staff.
- Ensuring revenue targets according to assigned targets, assigning targets to sales staff. Set up a plan to achieve goals and implement it for sales staff
- Report feedback to superiors, receive feedback from customers, work with superiors to process information, read trade newsletters, collect and report commercial information. trade
- Identify potential customers. Directly dealing with customers to introduce and sell products. Perform contract and liquidation related work. Collect information about customers and markets to build a database for the room. Taking care of customers and finding potential customers.
- Marketing: New business development, Forecasting Earnings and evaluating information on competition, customers and markets, Selling by face-to-face, Selling to customers on their own, Phone calls to sell with the salesperson.
- Track the customer contact process of each salesperson, compile contact reports, give remedial directions, improve contact methods and re-train employees
- Planning the operation of the whole channel, approving the work plan of each salesperson for monthly and weekly work.
- Review sales contracts from sales staff, check performance, report to Sales Manager for comments to submit to the Board of Directors for approval of sales contracts. In case the contract is approved, the implementation will be organized (assigned to the salesperson to organize the implementation), monitor and check the contract performance, and liquidate the contract.

Candidate Requirements
• Age: over 20 years old, passionate about business
• Have an independent, honest, hardworking means of transportation
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates with intermediate or higher experience in the construction industry.
• Priority is given to candidates with B2 driving license.
