- Responsible for the management and recruitment of staff and production department workers.
- Plan production and conduct production to ensure the right quality and delivery schedule according to customer requirements.
- Proposing outsourcing solutions to optimize production stages to reduce production time and costs.
Job Requirements:
- Graduated from university/college in mechanical, industrial, automation or related disciplines.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a team leader / production supervisor, deputy manager or deputy production manager in sheet metal processing companies, industrial products using machines sheet metal processing.
- Priority is given to candidates who have had direct experience in operating sheet metal processing machines: laser machines, CNC bending machines, etc. before being promoted to a management position.
- Ability to manage the workshop and personnel of the production department.
- Ability to work with other departments (sales, purchasing, accounting ...)
- Ability to read and understand Japanese / English technical drawings is an advantage.
