- Factory office: 03 people. In which: 02 Workshop Managers and 01 Workshop Office Staff.

- Salary increase will be considered once a year, bonuses will be considered depending on the actual situation of the Company, and travel will be considered.
- Attendance allowance: 300,000 VND (when becoming an official employee)
- Gasoline allowance: 750,000 VND (when becoming an official employee)
JOB DUTIES The factory manager is the main person responsible for customer orders in terms of progress and product quality. Ensuring the best quality products from raw materials to finished products on time delivery to customers.
MAIN JOB- Receive order information from Direct Manager.
- Participate in the sample production process, ensuring sample quality before sending to customers.
- Monitor customer feedback on product errors.
- Work with production teams and quality management departments to ensure orders are delivered promptly and meet quality standards.
- Report to the Foreman and General Manager on indicators related to orders.
- Follow instructions from superiors.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS- Gender: Male
- Age: from 35 - 45
- Have 3 years or more experience in related work or equivalent positions in the lingerie garment field.
- Education: Graduated from College or higher.
- Foreign language level: Japanese communication. N3 or higher
- Relationship building skills.
- Good staff management skills.
- Good in teamwork.
