JOB DESCRIPTION:
Spa operations management: Business activities, setup, promotion, marketing, training and staff management.
☑️Monitor customer care activities, directly in charge of consulting, receiving feedback from important customers.
☑️Korean interpreter for the spa director.
☑️Make records and store daily reports, revenue reports, customer information, personnel, tools... for superiors when required.
☑️Implement the goals set down by superiors, promote revenue, profit and development direction, ..
