- Market research
- Manage and control the brand management plan: analyze trends/forecasts and propose to the CEO.
- Responsible for building, organizing and implementing plans to build brand identity.
- Develop a marketing strategy for the company in line with the company's goals.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measure results.
- Monitor activities and develop brand image on social networks.
■ Requirements:
- From 28-40 years old
- Intermediate English or Japanese communication
- 3 years of Branding experience
- Experience in cosmetic industry
- Strong in brand management, creativity & strategy
- Good data analysis skills
- Proficiency in office computer
- Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience
- Project management and problem solving skills
- Prior experience in a start-up company or project support from the early stages is preferred
■ Working time: Mon-Fri (9:00-18:00)
■ Salary: $1500~$2000 gross
Address: REMOTE (Working remotely for about 1 year. The company has a plan to set up an office in the center of Ho Chi Minh City, so it will go to the office/Hybrid)
