- Find customers, promote and expand markets for products that the company exports, and achieve sales targets as planned.
- Carry out transaction activities and negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers.
- Complete procedures and documents for import and export of goods such as: sales contract, shipping documents, import documents, and goods delivery procedures.
- Conduct surveys and market research to analyze customer needs, continuously update trends and changes (if any).
- Develop import and export plans and strategies.
- Ensure that imported and exported products and goods are consistent with customer needs, complying with sales processes designed to improve sales.
- Combine with accounting to carry out international payment procedures.
- Supervise the shipping, receiving and record keeping process of international transactions.
- Manage data of export or import shipments and provide necessary support in all steps.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
