Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support the Head of Department, other Sales staff to make business plans and strategies.
- Monitor and handle arising situations and promptly report to senior management.
- Prepare, draft, process documents and papers, records, contracts, correspondence...
- In charge of contacting with suppliers, partners, customers; Directly support customers in business activities.
- Report weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales to manager.
- Experience in international purchasing, dealing with foreign partners.
- Some other support jobs for the sales department, if directed by superiors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated from College/University in related field.
- Experience from 5 years.
- Proficient in Word + Excel.
- Hard working, hardworking.
- Good communication skill.
- English required (required).
RIGHT:
- Working time: (8:00 - 17:00) from Monday to Friday and Saturday morning (8:00 - 12:00).

- Salary negotiable according to ability and experience.
