- Manage Fanpage system on Pancake platform;
- Using the data allocation system for the telesale team to ensure the common work goals;
- Monitor and report to the Board of Directors the conversion rate from Interaction to Data, from Data to Customer according to the target;
- Manage CRM software system and call center for employees of Ads, Telesale, Online page;
- Arrange and coordinate the working schedule of Telesale Department and Front page;
- Push up HR in the department to achieve KPIs;
- Implement the performance measurement and evaluation of the Department and other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Working shifts from 8:00 to 17:30 and from 13:30 to 21:30 is arranged 1 day off/week.
