Job description
- Support the sales team in processing transactions and daily sales activities.
- Process customer inquiries and orders, including data entry and confirmation of accurate information.
- Monitor the ordering, shipping and delivery process to ensure service time and quality.
- Create and maintain customer records, including contact information, order history, and payment information.
- Interact with customers via phone, email or chat to answer questions and provide post-sales support.
- Track and report sales, orders, and other business metrics to sales and management teams.
- Prepare and distribute sales materials, including price lists, product information, and promotional materials.
Candidate requirements
- Accurate data entry and office computer skills, including the use of office software such as Word, Excel, Google Docs and customer management system (CRM/ERP).
- Good communication skills, ability to listen and solve problems from customers.
- Meticulousness and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and customer information.
- Ability to work in a team environment and support other members.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize work effectively.
- Experience working in sales management or sales support is an advantage.
- Experience working with data is an advantage.
