A. JOB POSITION

B. JOB DESCRIPTION
Customers at the sales channel are customers who already have a demand and the source is brought back from the marketing team, you will need to consult to help customers understand the product and purchase. Specifically, some of the things you will have to do are as follows:
- Consulting and helping customers buy goods on sales channels (Instagram, Facebook).
- Participate in optimizing the sales process through optimizing the use of words, using aesthetics in photos, using knowledge sets from the marketing team to optimize the closing rate.
- Helping the product team, the marketing team in getting product and customer feedback, collecting insights to help the company achieve sales goals.

D. POLICIES & BENEFITS
- Work from Monday to Sunday. Minimum 5 shifts per week.
There are 3 shifts:
Morning (08:00-12:00).
Afternoon (13:00-17:30).
Evening (18:00-22:30).
Extra shift (1 hour)

(Except for the evening shift, other shifts require going to the office).
- Hard salary + KPI bonus + Team bonus + Campaign bonus. Income from - dd)
- Working place: 35 Trung Yen 9, Cau Giay.
- 1 month probation. Probation 80% fixed salary.
+ Includes: 01 week of working part-time at the company as a normal employee to get used to the operation and culture.
+ The remaining time consists of learning policies, learning about products and trying jobs.
- Policy of salary increase according to working capacity. Support 100% of lunch because the company cooks clean and delicious food by itself.
