- Keeps himself/herself well informed about the product (lodging, catering and other facilities).
- Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (site, prices, services offered on a regular basis, quarterly or more often as needed).
- Search for new clients and maintain & enforce relationship with existing accounts.
- Establishes and manages the Sales Strategy of the hotel.
- Develops and analyzes new markets and new market segments
- Forecasts future travel patterns and provides trade feedback to the management.
- Monitors and supervises his/her team's production and activities in HCM branch.
- Compiles contract analysis, allotment materialization
- Responsible for the execution of yearly budget and developing business of related market segments.
- Ensures that the plan is adhered to and monitors its progress and updates if necessary.
- Ensure the availability of after-sales services and, in particular, concerns him/herself with clients who have registered complaints.
