- Ensure sales KPI targets according to assigned targets, distribute KPIs to subordinate employees.
- Build and manage sales and customer care processes to ensure improved customer service standards.
+ Develop training documents, directly train or coordinate with relevant departments and divisions to guide, train, and coach employees on scripts, operations, and Sales skills; about products and customer service consulting.
+ Add missing Processes, complete existing Processes to propose to Management for application to the entire Sales team
- Supervise and participate in sales consulting to be able to promptly support difficult-to-solve cases.
- Coordinate with departments: Marketing, Operations to propose appropriate products and sales programs.
* HRM
- In charge of managing sales staff, recruiting, training, and developing professional skills for subordinates.
- Propose to improve regulations and monitor application in the team monthly: Clear rewards and punishments, propose timely recruitment and dismissal
- Building a team of employees, a positive working environment, competition and solidarity
- Carry out assigned tasks from superiors.
