2/ Main quest

– Producing Gato cakes, cakes according to the samples and designs available

– Design and decorate products related to cakes and pastries

– Clean and arrange the work area, before and after the shift

- Management of raw materials for production

- Handling arising tasks assigned by Department Manager

3/ Working time

– Register for weekly shifts, minimum 6 shifts/week

Morning shift: 07h00 - 17h00

Afternoon shift: 11h00 - 21h00

- 1 day off/week

– Go to work Saturday and Sunday, arrange rest on weekdays

- Careful, meticulous, neat, clean

– Know techniques: smoothing, catching ice cream, writing letters, whipping cream

– Have a taste for cake making, cake decoration
