1 . JOB DESCRIPTION
Design advertising publications such as Catalog, poster, flyer, landing page, ...
Design Key Visuals, advertising templates for campaigns.
Design banners, popups, ... to advertise on online channels (Website, Fanpage, ...).
Design documents related to brand identity: company profile, office suite, sales kit.
Manage brand identity colors on all printed materials.
Coordinate with related PB/BP to build and develop company image.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors and the Board of Directors.
2. BENEFITS
Probation: 2 months (or negotiable according to capacity).
Official salary: fixed salary negotiable according to capacity from20 million or more + KPI.
Seniority bonus (working full 1 year, bonus 500k/month, 3 years hot bonus 3 million + 1 million/month, full 5 years hot bonus 10 million + 2 million/month).
Annual leave bonus (for every working year, employees will be entitled to 1 extra day of annual leave).
Referral bonus (bonus for each position according to company policy).

Take a break twice a day: in the morning from 10am to 10:15am, in the afternoon from 3pm to 3pm.

3. REQUEST
At least > 3 years of experience in a similar position.
The candidate used to work in fashion and high-end brands.
Proficient in using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Adobe Premier, ...
Mastering art knowledge, principles and standards of application design.
Having good aesthetic thinking ability, creativity, skills in analyzing design content, communicating ideas well.
Quickly access new trends to apply at work.
