- Responsible for managing and operating all activities of the branch, guiding the staff to perform sales work.
- Manage all business activities at the branch, be responsible for sales targets and ensure sales profit.
- Calculating and placing orders for materials weekly.
- Regularly train, train sales skills for staff.
- Manage the working time of employees in each shift. Arrange shifts for employees and support employees when needed.
- Manage cash flow, settle money, and manage and preserve assets in the working area.
