Job Description
- Record information and manage data related to customers;
- Classify, contact to remind class schedule, confirm student's class schedule; Contact to take care of students after class
- Divide the turn to receive customers for direct sales, ktv;
- Welcoming and guiding customers to complete procedures to use the service;
- Confirm the appointment schedule to visit and use the service for the next working day;
- Take care of customers by appointment and special potential customers;
- Receive and respond to customer complaints/suggestions;
- Support other departments and perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Female, age 22 - 30
- Good looking, tall
- Soft voice, Hanoi accent
- College graduate or above in majors; Proficient in office.
- Priority is given to candidates who have experience in reception or consulting in the cosmetic, cosmetic, beauty care industry;
- Ability to communicate skillfully, handle situations flexibly;
- Proactive, eager to learn, agile, enthusiastic and reliable;
- Withstand high work pressure;
- Love consulting work and have a long-term orientation;
- No foreign language required
■Working time : 8:00' Am - 18:00' Pm. Be flexible off 1 day a week. Sundays still go to work as usual (Because the company's products are customer services, they usually organize events on weekends).
