1. JOB DETAILS: - Receive incoming customer calls, contact customers according to available appointments (customers brought in by the marketing team or directly contact the company).
- Support, advise, and answer customers' questions about the company's services
- Work directly with 100% Vietnamese customers living in the US
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
2. WORKING TIME: NIGHT SHIFT from 21:00 - 06:00 or 23:30 - 08:30, 5 days/week according to management's shift assignment (because the market works entirely in the US)

WORK LOCATION : 60/15-17 Ly Chinh Thang, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3 (Work offline at the Company)
4. REQUIREMENTS- Basic English.
- Age from 18-30 years old, good health, no problems, can work night shift.
- Good voice, clear and coherent.

- Minimum work experience of 1 year
