■Job description
- Build and improve the current process,
- Formulating policies on salary, bonus and training; build organizational culture.
- Control timekeeping, salary calculation and recruitment activities.
- Solving labor relations, internal and external relations.
- Policy advice to the Board of Directors.
- Organization of company events.
- Other tasks from the Board of Directors.

REQUIREMENTS
- Male, 38~42 years old.
- Graduated from university majoring in labor economics, human resource management, law.
- English communication, priority if you know Japanese
- 5 years in a similar position.
- Understanding of system processes (ISO, 5S, ...)
- Experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in the packaging industry and companies that work in shifts
- Master the laws related to labor, insurance, tax, union.

■Working time

Mon - Sat: 8:30~16:30, Usually only Saturday morning (8:30~12:00)
