Interpret and communicate in Chinese with the company's customers directly or via chat
Support sales and logistics departments when meeting customers and providing documents/papers in Chinese
Participate and monitor information exchanged across work groups and report back to direct management
Support relevant departments when there are no plans to meet customers
Work requires occasional travel between HCM and Tay Ninh during the day
