- Receive documents and draft sales contracts;
- Arrange, store and manage documents and records;
- Type and photocopy documents and contracts within the assigned work;
- Support the Sales department to post news on available company websites;
- Arrange and arrange meeting rooms;
- Manage stationery, printers, living equipment in the office...;
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors;
- Report everyday works;
