Job Description

  1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Carrying out customer care activities such as: making phone calls, surveying, assisting in answering students' questions and handling complaints during the learning process in order to bring the best experience to students; thereby increasing the rate of renewal and renewal of new courses for existing students and students;
  • Collect, research and analyze customer evaluation data, as a basis for proposing plans to improve customer experience.
  • Plan to give gifts and congratulate students on special occasions such as holidays, Tet, birthdays,...
  • Assist in the implementation of other customer experience enhancement plans requested by the department head.
  1. REQUEST:
  • University and College students have interests and development orientations in the field of customer experience, especially in the field of education.
  • Easy-to-listen voice, good communication skills, openness and customer-centric mindset.
  • Customer service experience is an advantage, no experience will be trained.
  • MS Office, Canva, office computer.
  • Have a personal laptop, work at least 4 days/week.
  • Internship period: 3 - 6 months.
