WORK CONTENT

• BUSINESS INTERN
• Search for customers who want to rent rooms in the Ho Chi Minh City area using the company's marketing channels: Facebook Group, classifieds page, tiktok.
• Customer care
• Update customer contact information from channels to transfer data back to the company
• MARKETING INTERN
• Search for customers through tiktok channel, come up with ideas for creating video content.
• Participate in planning and developing social marketing projects for the company
• WORKING PROCESS:
• B1: Get consulting product information on the website
• B2: Book an appointment for customers to see
• Step 3: Monitor the status of customer bookings on the company's zalo group
• Customers will track results in the reporting group

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• For internship positions: Required to come to the office for at least 1 session / 3 sessions according to registration. Carpentry marking support after 2 months of work
• NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Must fully participate in the online training session
• Fire, enthusiasm at work.

• 0-5 rentals: 1,000,000/week 3 sessions; 1.500000/week 6 sessions
• 6 rentals: 1.500000
• 8 rentals: 2,000,000
• 10-24 rentals: 2,500,000-6,000,000
• Income per number of visitors: 10,000-20,000/view
• Income per tenant: 150,000-350,000
