- Receive recruitment needs, make recruitment plans, coordinate and organize the implementation of those plans
- Draft content and post jobs on recruitment groups and recruitment pages.
- Analyze documents, screen and select a list of suitable candidates before the interview and after the interview, perform testing and reference.
- Responsible for recruitment results, summarizing interview results, submitting successful applications and announcing interview results.
- Store and update candidate profiles.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
